As the Store Manager, I keep everything running like a well-oiled machine—overseeing inventory, tracking supplies, and handling invoicing to ensure seamless operations for both our team and our clients.
With a degree from Iowa State University and 30 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry, I’ve honed the skills needed to manage day-to-day operations with precision. My proactive approach, quick thinking, and knack for problem-solving make me an essential part of the team, always striving for improvement and efficiency. I take pride in being approachable and understanding, building strong relationships with both customers and colleagues.
What truly drives me is my passion for progress—whether it’s refining systems, streamlining processes, or leading my team to success, I’m always looking for ways to grow and improve. Outside of work, I love spending time with my wife and two boys, and you’ll often find me playing the saxophone in a local jazz band. For me, teamwork, leadership, and creating positive change aren’t just part of my job—they’re part of who I am.
